Cate grew up in Whippany, NJ and graduated from Virginia Tech magna cum laude with a degree in Clinical Neuroscience. She is currently taking prerequisite classes with a goal of attending Physician Assistant school.

In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, Jake, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is a self-described “Swiftie”, and has seen every episode of Grey’s Anatomy at least once. On the weekends she can be found in New York City with her sister.
