Allow only one person to jump on a trampoline at a time. Never allow little kids to jump with big kids.
Close adult supervision can enforce rules and prevent injuries.
Flips can result in spinal cord injuries and should never be permitted.
Ensure that all springs, frames, and hooks are appropriately covered.
Children under 5 should never be permitted on a trampoline.
Removal all debris and toys from the trampoline before jumping.
Never permit children to play on a wet trampoline.
Round trampolines are safer than rectangular ones.
